Jami Bader is the founder of JLB Executive Coaching & Consulting and a Certified Executive Coach through the Meta Performance Institute. She partners with leaders ready to clarify their vision, break through limiting beliefs, and create the results they actually want. Her coaching is built on three domains: Vision, Mindset, and Strategy.

This work was born from that belief. After years in healthcare, global missions, and leadership development, I saw a common thread: people longing for clarity, purpose, and the courage to lead well. That’s why I created this space, for leaders and teams ready to grow with intention, reclaim their voice, and lead from the inside out.
